Easterlings are definitely on the cards in the near future. As for what is the most competitive army in the game that depends on a few factors such as points level, mission pool and so on as well as who you ask. As such i dont think any single army falls under most competitive. For myself (aleksa) I think the following armies would all fall into a sort of tier 1 or tier 2 in my opinion. Any of these armies could go to an event and be top contenders to win it. I honestly think however most armies are very competitively viable and I may have missed some strong armies in here or not included them due to my own biases.
