I'm not a lawyer, but I would think that the NDAs signed by minors wouldn't be legally binding by default? I just imagine some 13yr old signing it, and just not even being aware of their legal rights. In this case I assume it's an intimidation tactic, because I find it hard to believe that his legal team would ever admit to having such a thing, let alone presenting it in any type of court.

An NDA is a contract and can't, legally, cover illegal activities. Basically, you can't write a legally-binding contract to, say, hire a hit man, or something like that. Or, in this case, can't be used to keep his victims quiet, because he did crimes to them. Oh, and it's not defamation if it's true.

Elizabeth Holmes also went with the route of pressuring and requiring a massive amount of people to sign NDAs, including her employees who directly participated in, observed, or covered up the crimes that were taking place at Theranos. It didn't end up protecting her in the end, and it will not protect Diddy. No legally binding contract, regardless of how iron clad the terms are, regardless of how rich and influential the person making you sign it is, can facilitate your silence in the presence of a crime. That NDA essentially becomes irrelevant when an investigation is gathering evidence and statements. If the NDA was created to facilitate and coverup crime, it was never legally binding in the first place

NDAs don't "force" anything though, it's an AGREEMENT between two parties. By signing it you are voluntarily relinquishing some freedom of speech for a specific topic
