I'm in my early seventies, being 5'8" and 157 pounds I have been going to the gym for decades. Stay in shape and strong for yourself and your family. MM cancer fractured my vertebrae, being in shape saved my life or from being paralyzed. This is no joke, listen to the giant, successful people do what the others won't.

My pops was 7ft and I'm 6'7. This man makes me have the motivation to keep working out and stay consistent. I know how it feels to be tall and skinny and feel like you can't put on muscle like average sized people. But the dutch giant is proof you can with determination and perseverance. 🙏

Little is more fascinating than a Muscular tall guy. So much extra work has to be done to keep the body in shape with that size. Mostly eating enough callories would be a challenge in itself.

Wauw de hoeveelheid zuivel die je wegwerkt op een dag is enorm. Denk ook om je magnesium level want we willen geen dutch giant met osteoporose😂 (calcium is de steen, magnesium het cement van de botten) Een voetenbadje op het werk met magnesium vlokken van zechsal zou je dan nog kunnen integreren als je wilt. Hey Oliver. If you mix the Greek yogurt with some nuts or something called Granola which is a mixture of different types of nuts and oat except peanuts, you can add real honey, That can make the Greek yogurt more pleasant. Its also healthy, if you regulate the calories and your preferred intake of different types of nutrition, so it doesn't get too much or too little.

I think your diet is amazing. As a tall guy myself, around 6’6, you’ve inspired me to get in shape. Right now, I’m skinny, but you’ve shown that tall guys can put on muscle too, which has given me hope. Honestly, I think it would be cool if you were in a James Bond movie! Perhaps instead of a villain henchman like a lot of big guys do, you could play a good guy in one of the 007 films, perhaps as a bodyguard working for MI6.

Is je dieet opgesteld samen met een diëtist of heb je dit zelf samengesteld? Ik zou wel een beetje oppassen met de hoeveelheid calcium die je binnenkrijgt! De bovengrens voor Calcium ligt op 2500mg en met 2 liter melk zit je al op 2240mg + de hoeveelheid kwark die je eet zit je hier sowieso boven. Een grote hoeveelheid calcium elke dag kan leiden tot nierstenen en verkalking van de nieren en ook zelfs van je bloedvaten. Je bent een grote gast dus je kan waarschijnlijk wel wat meer hebben dan een gemiddeld persoon maar ik zou hier zeker wel even naar kijken. Verder zijn je video's altijd tof! Misschien een idee om verschillende steden binnen Nederland of Europa te bezoeken en dit te vloggen.
