The A320neo (new engine option) is one of many upgrades introduced by Airbus to help maintain its A320 product line’s position as the world’s most advanced and fuel-efficient single-aisle aircraft family. The baseline A320neo jetliner has a choice of two new-generation engines (the Pure Power PW1100G-JM from Pratt and Whitney and the LEAP-1A from CFM International) and features large, fuel-saving wingtip devices known as Sharklets.

Looks like Airbus managed to do what Boeing didn't with their most popular aircraft. Nowadays engines were way more problematic to implement into the 737 design I guess...

I believe that existing A319ceo, A320ceo, and A321ceo customers should order, receive, and operate the Airbus A319neos, A320neos, and A321neos to renew their existing fleet.

The engine intake of the Airbus a320 neo is bigger.....its meaning the suck... squeeze...bang...boom kicks in for more aerodynamic speed.

At least Airbus planes don't dive into the ground, boeing designed the 737MAX with a fatal fault, they have solved the problem and the aircraft is now safe to fly but that doesn't change the fact that the aircraft was DESIGNED with that fault and that boeing knew about this.
