This video explains WHY I do not resonate with most "enlightened" youtubers, those who speak softly, happily, never judging type. I DON'T relate to that at all. I WANT to never judge others, but I do. I recognize evil people are necessary for the greater good of all, but I still judge that person as evil. I hold truth as the most important standard above all and with that is integrity. I'm not going to agree with someone just because it would be the "loving" thing. That would make me untrue to myself. Appearance is so tricky to navigate! We often trick ourselves into thinking we're operating from integrity or authentic self-expression, when sometimes it's still coming from an egoic desire to appear a certain way. I'm still figuring it out for myself for sure. I understand the schism, and what you described as enlightenment at all costs. It happened 30 years ago after reading the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. I had no idea and thought I did. I read somewhere that the Buddha said this, and this may be how Integrity is realized. Someone asked him how enlightenment may be achieved. The Buddha said (more or less), “practice this way, In the seeing, only the seeing, in the hearing, only the hearing, in the cognized, only the cognized…”. So we keep the truth with integrity, so do not add or subtract from it. To see that there is no real person seeing, is to see that only the seeing exists. When the “seen” reveals its own truth about itself without any “coloring” by a person, that is the Integrity of the Unity. Thank you.

This sooo definitely sounds like me right now and the constant chaos that I am feeling and sometimes openly expressing right now... everything you have said in this video has enormously hit home for me.. I am in some ways very much unguided in my journey.. however, I know that I am a good person, with gifts and I have meet my spirit guide.. but I do definitely struggle with, kind of a feeling of self worth, maybe I'm not a good person, I've never had unconditional love b4, so I do struggle with "what is real".. my dogs give me unconditional love, this I know and I constantly tell myself, but then the lil voice says they love u cuz u feed them.. I hope I'm not coming off sounding looney.. I'm not I'm just a guy but the internal ego struggles are very much real, tough and a 24hr battle, the harder I push towards the light the harder it gets.. it's not my job or my responsibility to save the world,.. but it is, 1 person at a time with a simple act of kindness no matter a person's race, color or gender, no matter how they have acted towards me or anyone else. everyone deserves the chance at receiving a simple act of kindness even if its a polite smile.. I know each person is going through thier own journeys and so many maybe lost and there fore angery at everything and me showing them kindness instead of more hostility, I know makes a huge difference.. knowing that, is what keeps me strong in fighting my own ego.. I hope you truly know how much of a significant difference you make in the lives and the journey for so many of us. Thank you!

What you fight, you strengthen. What you resist, persists. Only infinite patience produces immediate results. Energy flows where attention goes. And, you're going to feel whatever you focus on. These are little "rules" (hopefully they don't fall into the dogmatic arena) I try to remember but often forget. When you fight against your ego, you put yourself in a position where the ego is an opponent and one formidable enough for you to do battle with. The ego is merely a pattern of thinking and behavior that is a part of you but doesn't serve your highest good because these thought and behavior patterns are unconscious. Bundling these various patterns and naming them is useful to understand them and transcend them, but it also gives them a sort of life of their own. That is also useful because these patterns aren't really us, and they do have the tendency to take us over and operate through us as though they were their own entity. But in truth, it's just automatic thought and behavior patterns which, when observed for what they are, in the light of conscious awareness, dissolves their ability to take control. In other words, no need to fight. 😁 I feel a little strange, because you were not asking for my opinion - or anyone else's for that matter - I just felt inspired to respond. I hope it comes across the way it was intended. 🙏🙏🙏

I would love a video on channeling. Several years ago after practicing meditation routinely I began receiving messages. It scared me. Not because the messenger was malevolent but because I wasn't prepared to hear what was being said. My ego said - "Why you? You're no different than anyone else. You're crazy. You're hearing things. No one would even believe you." Once my fear was expressed the voice stopped. I maintain my practice and receive messages differently than a voice - more intution through feeling, a knowing, and images while meditating. I hope that one day I will be able to let go of my fear and the voice will return.

This sounds like the simple statement Do I want to be right or Do I want to be happy? That statement has kept me quite flexible and open to hearing whatever my intuition guides me to. I do my best to allow my intuition/discernment to guide what I need to hear from there where does it resonate for me, if it feels good and right in my heart I stay open to it…if it’s fear porn I move away once my higher self intuition says nope this is not working! Hope that makes sense! This journey has opened me to being flexible to any and all possibilities which helps tremendously when huge unpleasant disclosures come as well as shows me whether or not the truth is coming thru ! I gave up on my need to be right a long time ago as it serves me in no way shape or form and yes sometimes it is tough but once I can live another for who they are and allow them their own choices and journey I do not have to be in angst trying to convince! My whole life I could not buy into this way is the only way…of which I still continue everyone has a right to their own way! Understanding, loving and accepting the ego, or shadow self, are the keys and foundation for integrating, or blending, that aspect of the self with the higher self, or light self.. achieving THAT is how the self becomes ONE within itself, instead of dual opposing selves.. and THAT is when TRANSCENDENCE OF THE EGO AND DUALITY is accomplished, allowing the Self to experience a state that some call Nirvana. So just as our Source of Creation encompasses all spectrums of light and dark, so must we as well.. Definitely not nearly as detailed as this vid was, but I feel that sharing our individual perspectives together, allows us to access even more understanding to help us on our journeys.. I am most impressed by your willingness to even take this on. It's one of the most difficult concepts to grasp, and equally to express. Maybe not so difficult to see, but to see within ourselves seems to be our blind spot. I think anyone who has aspired, will countless times, end up in some space scratching their head and say how did I arrive here? I think I might be being an asshole..lol.. I like also the "integration of the ego". It's splitting hairs at one point as to what is the ego and what's the personality I suppose but maintaining the will to act is of course necessary. One has to doublecheck to not get attached to the new things that are presented to us, but keep are awareness awake to see and learn more. Dogmatism does not help to integration. I have observe this one so much in the yoga communities. I never had the aim to be enlightened, but wanted to understand what is is. I love you: I think we are from the same tribe, because we view these spiritual subjects quite alike. I use my body as a radar for guidance; I do not become extra holy, or anything specific if my body energy/intelligence doesn’t feel at peace or inspired. I have no set moral compass to guide me, except deep and strong loyalty towards truth. I just turned down a friend’s invitation to go to a spiritual group because my body sent signals of being traumatized in that particular spiritual group. The “me” from a past would have rationalized it as being spiritual, and talked myself into going. I feel deep love for every human, and heart yearns to merge with each one, but at the same time although I feel compassion for the journey, there is a part of me that ruthlessly has no concern for sufferings stemming from societal ego attachments, concerns of bruised identity complexes, though I go through them myself, the higher being in me is simultaneously soft towards the suffering but detached. It’s like; moving on, moving forward! The psychological torment sometimes of existence is real, but will, the resolve to forge ahead is solidly planted in an unshakeable truth that resonates to eternity. I am quite bonded in my divinity, enough that my divine just nudged my body to remind me to brush my teeth before going to bed. I take those unexpected nudges seriously and see the link to spirit. I typically have not been brushing my teeth before bedtime because it helps to increase the bacteria activity in the mouth that produce nitric oxide in the body. This unexpected nudge in my body to brush my teeth tonight is like a real person nudging with subtle energy to communicate a message. It is very special, very real; your divine becomes your friend and walks with you every where and if you remain in witness both as engaging action and anchored in truth, with no tension of expectations, and free from “have to” mindset, the divine is always there as a very loving engaged partner, sometimes as parent posing a critical opposing vision to balance awareness out. How could that not be the case, it just feels organic, first nature and is available to all who truly want it. “I am a jealous God” the divine is quoted as saying; meaning, you have to really want the divine relationship, as it is our biggest, most valued, and constant price. The investment in self awareness in all areas of life will build the muscle and stamina for awakening to one’s authentic truth. Resolve, married to will must be shown towards engaging one’s divine again and again, above all else. It’s really an attitude thing, not any strangling morality codes, for a sense of responsibility deepens, which really amounts to owning our own power. I take full responsibility for my successes, failures, highs, lows, is the first thing I blurt out. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤

Yes please!! I am so very interested in channeling. And this video was so important for me. I forgot I had all of these questions - I was fragmented - and didn't realize it. Pressure, paranoia, these are happening with my ego; and chaos too! 🤭 (It's funny to speak of my ego like it's its own entity. I realize the practicality and usefulness of doing so, but I also realize it doesn't actually exist apart from me, so I always giggle inside when I talk about it like it's separate.) I had a spiritual teacher who was blinded by his enlightenment experience. He also taught us that we were superior bc of our spiritual dedication. The Drama triangle is a very useful tool to reveal your ego: especially the rescuer/helper role, which many of us are so identified with, we believe it is us and we cant imagine how to stop giving unsolicited advice and sacrificing ourselves. However, the rescuer enables negative behaviours and/or makes people feel powerless and terrible. Even if people are throwing their own power at you!! It is still a responsibility to stop the trauma drama cycles. I have experienced all sides of the triangle, but it is not who I am. The boundary thing mentioned here is sooo true...I thought I was loving by giving my whole self away...but it really is self abusive. For a while I loved everybody, but now I hardly like somebody at all, the pendulum swung back 😅

I had to put my holy enlightenment in my back pocket for a moment ( I am so smrt )....and schooch over to google to search for the word mentioned here.......(solipsism)......then I realized ......this is a great subject - (solipsism) - for a video. More clarity on this would have me tuning in for sure. Wow...major aha moment/realization. Finally realizing that my heart-center is what I need to conceptualize as to determine what drives my actions when im not identified with the mind/ego. I always conceptualized it as if a 'flashlight' of inherent motivation sprouted from soils of emptiness into potentiation, or to better describe it: resting in the yin and allowing the small seed of yang to sprout naturally rather than clinging fearfully and greedily. The problem was I never had a true grasp or certainty of what was motivating me which lead me to not trust myself and thus God/Oneness/Brahmann. But as you point out, the heart-center better describes the bubbling up of small yang (lower electromagnetic field/the heart) into the stillness of mind as to direct behaviour. Anywyas, you just answered and made me realize something that I was never able to grasp. You're awesome Sarah, keep up the amazing work :)
