Thank you for a lucid explanation of the difference between these 3 types of pain. I may eventually still need to see a doctor but, in the interim, your trustworthy medical wisdom empowers me to take some personal responsibility for safely and effectively handling my own not so complex medical issues, like bone, muscle and nerve pain. Just feeling empowered to understand what causes it and what I can do about easing it is something that feels good in itself. Because, much as I value any medical care provided, which is free to me, as an Australian poor government pensioner, if I can do without medical consultations for trivial issues, I would rather do that. Because, nice as medical people can be to see, I would rather avoid seeing them in a medical setting. Your contribution is valued.

Socrates in 400 BC said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food." You are following his philosophy and thumbs up for you for advocating it. If all doctors were like you, less people would have use of pharmaceuticals which are loaded with chemicals causing other condtions resulting to use of unnecessary additional medications. These medications are not only costly but also can cause serious problems much worse than the original problem.

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in my right knee from a surgery done 2014. Then in 2018 the peripheral nerve shutdown on the inner side of my knee due to severe burning. I had physical therapy done for my knee to help with the CRPS to no avail did that help recently it has gotten worse and with an MRI I found out that I have other things going on in my knee besides the CRPS such as osteoarthritis. I had a meniscus tear, torn ligaments, bursitis and with all of that I had orthopedic surgeons that didn't want to touch me and fix my meniscus tear finally I had one orthopedic surgeon that did fix my meniscus tear and that was recently done as of 2021 however the osteoarthritis has gotten to a point now that it is bone on bone just from a year ago and now my orthopedic surgeon has now had to refer me to another orthopedic surgeon that will do a knee replacement I'm just at a loss because I want to make sure that with my conditions that this is the best route that I should take I'm in severe pain I'm on a walker I'm in a brace a donjoy brace. I'm in constant pain I see pain management to manage this pain for my CRPS as well as what's going on with my leg now and I have to be careful walking because of the bone on bone I can easily fracture my leg. I can't even see the orthopedic surgeon to proceed with a possible knee replacement until May 6th of this year 2022 I just want some answers and some help I know that there's no cure for CRPS but I do want quality of life I'm hoping for the best with this knee surgery and I'm hoping that the knee replacement surgery is my answer. I'm just not sure if it will aggravate the complex Regional syndrome could somebody help me..
