I love that the interviewer 1) asked great questions and 2) didn’t take over the conversation with his own stories as so many interviewers do. Great job!

12:15 His answer to that HVAC guy nailed it out of the park. THAT'S how you be an artist in any field.

One of the best interviews with Seth. Respectful but challenging in the same time. Even Seth himself is keep saying "thats a very good question" very often, and its so true, very good questions. Thank you for doing this interview. Its amazing.

Great session fellas, thank you! I do think we all need to eliminate the word "small" as a business description. All of us owners would surely agree that there is nothing "small" about starting, running and growing our own enterprises!

Great interview! Seth's ability to embrace uncertainty is such a powerhouse in his ability to be successful. It's something that I've been bringing into my own life more and to see him completely embody it is inspiring.

This is great content and speaking to me for sure. The concept of imposter syndrome and "why should people follow me"is something I'm very familiar with unfortunately. Thank you for providing some insight on how to deal with that.

Great interview, though the comment @44:10 struck me as odd. It underlines a bit of the problem with modern business practices. Having partners and employees with separate lives and interests can in fact be a huge benefit! Expecting workers to make your business the center of their lives is a fast road to burnout!

That's not what he meant, he's saying that they look for people who aren't crippled by vices such as getting drunk etc and then acting like they've got it together when they go to work.

Hi. What was the name of the book you mentioned in the interview? Were you referring to Seth's last book? Good interview. This is the first time I watch your channel. Thanks 👍

Terrible advice that people should recruit people like them. That’s called affinity bias. It’s devastating to underrepresented communities.
