Nice comparison. There are even more Apex2 sport chassis variants. The new Datsun Truck has a different battery tray or tub, allows for a full stick pack installed on it's side. So weird!

Does the non-sport chassis flex excessively? Have you had a chance to drive both and compare the handling? I was looking at buying the Hoonitruck variant just because that specific variant is reduced at my LHS. I also had no idea there was a 'sport' version let alone any differences between the two. Wish they'd do a kit variant with all upgrades included.

It seems to flex more but in my experience when it comes to handling and racing a car can be too stiff. I would like to believe the engineers knife more than me and they took that into consideration.
