Thanks man! You never really know where people are coming from. Something that sounds pretty cut and dry to me and you sometimes others just don't see it that way. Thank for the support!

Also take a look at what they're charging for the service. Sounds to me like they're offering a quick finish to the customer, but from the video it sounds like you did over twice as much work in the same amount of time. The way I see it if a customer just wanted things chopped down they could have gone to town with a chainsaw themselves. I imagine they wanted a cleanup too.

Get them on camera telling us they finished already. Because that looks to me like first knock down to clear a path as to not back up into trees.
