I don’t have much experience in the sand, so I can’t give you a quality recommendation, but if I were going to try running on sand, I would go with sport probably.

@@developmentdivision122 There's really not much to it. You plug it in and adjust the throttle sensitivity to what you prefer. Its really a preference thing. I've had mine for a month and I could not imagine going back to stock with out the controller. I usually leave it in the sport mode at 7 sensitivity. But that's my foot, your foot may be different haha. OH, and I'm still getting around 13.5 MPG city with 35's, 3" lift, and stock gearing.

It's OK to use for short periods. If left on always it will trigger engine codes.

Chris. I'm concerned about the interference of these controllers from ham radios. One guy told me that it is because of bluetooth and that since Hikeit does not have Btooth it would not be afected. True?

Nikko Jiro hike it is not Bluetooth. Wired connection. Should cause no interference to your HAM comms.
