the original movies are always better than the american remakes. the movie itself wasn't bad, the only problem was the ending. there was none, they went from the climax of the movie straight to the credits.

@@biguy617 Nah, I just interpreted it sounding like "Damn, that's not a good name for an actor." I agree with the review, though. I remember enjoying the movie while watching it, I wanted to see the payoff but when it delivered it felt very shallow. Disappointing considering the cast was great, solid performances, just seemed like a lot of it was deliberately obscured to keep the audience in a state of artificial suspense. Still, love the review. Not a lot of reviews on KZbin for this movie.

They dont say out right but I got the impression and I believe someone mentioned that in the book, all of Paul's violence was only in his head and that he never really hurt anyone.In the book Paul beat the principle to a pulp but not really, only in his head. So, Bo was hiding from the family of sociopaths at the end. They dont show it but he was the only normal one in the bunch.

I was comparing the two versions of the same film. I said the French foreign film that was on Netflix is better than the American remake. I liked the French film more.
