I watch a lot of historical videos, many about the Soviet Union but talking about dinosaurs found there is a unique topic. Interesting stuff! I totally forgot that yesterday marxed 30 years since the fall of the Soviet Union until this video.

Did you know, most soviet era Eastern European paleontology expeditions were led by women? Like to Mongolia, polish women led those expeditions.

It’s more of their ruthless way of getting innovation and their political denial of certain ‘uncommunist’ studies that really damages their reputation. Still unfortunate that so many genius scientists go under appreciated.
