Ben and his team of extreme cleaners confront a disgusting three bedroom house rented to students in Aberystwyth, Wales. They’re shocked to see the conditions it has been left in, with property, party remnants and dirty tissues still strewn about the rooms. Surprisingly, they only vacated two days prior!
Meanwhile, Dagenham council property manager Tony gives a home tour of a property recently vacated by tenants with terrible DIY skills. Extreme cleaners Dave and Graham tackle a pigeon problem in a roof and Cotswold Pest controller Dave is taking no chances with some angry wasps.

This looks like skuzzy student accommodation. There's mattresses on the floor, one bathroom, tiny kitchen, no place to sit. The money in their account was for their tuition. A lot of students who are told to study 24/7 will consider cleaning on that level something taking away from their education. And it looks like 5-6 people living in an apartment for 3 max. It's a student slum. The students are not impressing me with their hygiene but the landlord failed the tenants

Those students just proves that because you are rich doesn't mean you have class I have worked as a builder and worked in many rich peoples homes and I have found that all the rich people without cleaners are disgustingly dirty with rubbish and pet shit everywhere, including on some of the peoples beds for crying out loud. Okay guys... Let me tell you... I used to live there LAST YEAR. I heard Aberystwyth at first, seen the street and was like oh that's going to be interesting... And then they went into THAT house 😳😳😳 now I question every minute being there, and immediately called my previous flatmates 😂 now it also makes sense why, in every recommendation letter my agency was sending after we moved out- they were stating that the house was spotless clean and that we kept a really high standard of living 😂😂😂 PS *just so you all now* the house looks a bit different now, the kitchen floors, worktops and cabinets have been changed, both bathrooms were completely refurbished and look nothing like the ones in the video, however the furniture, carpets and washing machine are still there 😳😳😳

I may be mistaken, but I thought they said the students left for a break and would be returning after. The landlord should photograph the nastiness and send a copy to their parents. Give the students a bill for all the cleaning and restoration fees, and not allow them to return to Uni housing until the bill is settled. Lastly they could put them on probation, require monthly walk thru spot checks, and permanently ban them should they foul the property again.

My bf lived in student accom 5 years ago and I stayed with him for a few months and there was 5 diff rooms in the dorm he was in and the kitchen and lounge was shared between the 5 people and omg the other students were fucking disgusting man, they never tidied up, had constant parties and left the rubbish lying about for days and I got so sick of it I cleaned it but the fact it was only me and my bf that would clean our dishes and tidy up is ridiculous ! The fact that they say "students" plural just confused me more. I know it's hard to imagine someone living like this but almost all of the houses like these can be explained easily by either drug addiction or depression. But things get harder to explain when there's more than one person. It's easy for one person to let themselves go buy if there's more than one usually people tend to keep each other in check. How the fuck did this place get like this with at least two persons? And I'm only assuming there's 2, if there were more than 2 then there's no excuse at all.
