Great drill i love it . I play pump against the speedball guys as front snake and i do alot of snaping in the prone position

Any tips for someone who is absolutely and I mean absolutely terrible on their knees etc Greg? Just repetition until you get comfortable?

Yea it just takes reps. There isn’t another way unfortunately other than practice!
