The birds eye view is a game changer! The on-screen drawings really help a noob like me with understanding of what's happening. My recommendation is to get a camera rope system like they do in the NFL. You know, the angels looking down, panning behind the quarter-back. Edit: I just looked it up and it's called skycam.

It's been a couple of years since I've played but god the quality of these matches are only going up it's becoming so interesting to watch. I just wish it was cheaper to play and participate, sport became very expensive the last couple of years

It’s always been expensive. Always had to pay to play. Back in 05-09 when I played. It was still 60 bucks for a cheap case of paint. Guns were still 1300 dollars plus. And gear is near the same price today as it was then. Only thing that saved us was playing our asses off and having sponsors with pmi/evil and planet eclipse for a couple of years. We also worked at a field for free practice time and discounted paint.

Good question. Paintball is not a war simulator but often (for obvious reasons) people think that it is. Any ball that hits you or your equipment anywhere and breaks leaving paint counts as an elimination.

@@jorelldye4346 that’s like saying nobody cares about racing which is immensely more expensive, and also absolutely untrue. The issue with paintball is it’s only entertaining for people that know what’s going on or if the teams playing are both very aggressive. Those long defensive matches are boring af especially for people who’ve never played. The answer is definitely production quality because it immerses the viewer and portrays what it’s really like. These pans don’t do that.

Yea sure! Those are the Referees (ref’s) and they are in the middle of the field to check players for hits and keep game safe

okay i played in pump speed ball league where could only have 100rd per game. and one ball in chamber for FPS check. if you fail your FPS check comes out of your 100rd per game amount in till you get FPS passed. all player had to bring in ten 10rd tubes and got search all over body like cop searches body for items. if had hopper could not be allowed on the gun. the ref put hopper on gun after he checks to see if empty. once you pass your FPS ref will fill hopper up with ten 10rd tubes. if Fail FPS ref put hopper on gun and one of 10rd tubes in hopper. if had stick feed gun and built in stick feed back cap most be off so ref can tip gun make sure no round in it. if fail FPS then ref will load gun up if permeant stick feed with cap. if tube feed you put in to gun to pass FPS no person can load gun before pass your FPS. if permeant stick feed after FPS pass will put 1 10rd tube in gun. or tube feed you put in on. each game was 3v3 ten 10rd tubes aka 100rd games. can share paint if can reach person too. that skill base speed ball game.
