The Disturbing Death Of The Jurassic Park Spy On Isla Sorna

Today I talk about the death of a Jurassic Park Spy on Isla Sorna that took place in Trespasser. This disturbing event may have ties with Dodgson and BioSyn from older Jurassic World lore. I also give a theory or two on what exactly happened to Harold Greenwood on Site B and what he was really doing on the island. John Hammond's unused dialogue for this video game tells us a LOT more about this character and the dinosaurs than what the official game release did. Hope you all enjoy! :D

The more I think on it, the more I come to the conclusion that Trespasser needs a reboot: let’s bring it back with better graphics and more gameplay, but also with the same scoring and most definitely the same voice acting, a la Oddworld.

I love these videos that talk about interesting misused or underrated characters, they often have curious and interesting stories that could easily be adapted in the main series in an epic way... You forgot to mention the fact that Harold wasn’t a green beret, in fact one of the game deleted voiceovers from Anne covers the fact that his military dogtags are fake and just bought in store. Not only that, but we also know that his electronic device was in fact a secretly constructed electronic lockpic to bypass InGen security in The Town and Lab. Since Hammond in his deleted voiceovers also mentions the fact that InGen closed all gates to the town and laboratory, so Greenwood needed something to bypass this security. This info is easily found in early Trespasser script, deleted voiceovers and early walkthrough.

I remember Harold greenwood being mentioned in the first book . Harold was probably on site b during the 1989 Jurassic park chaos when Nedry shut the power down. After nublar is destroyed in the book Harold probably had to burn the files on site b which did involve prions disease spreading . And I bet after he gets ready to leave a carnotaurs atracks him and kills him leaving his bones in the jungle of isla sorna . I possibly believe his bones were in the rex nest while Richard levein was seeking protection from the predators . So I think Harold greenwood was dead on site b in the second novel by Crichton.

I am always impressed by the minutiae real experts are able to glean from various sources. That is pretty nifty work. Like the guy who translated a book in Elder Scrolls IV from daedric letters to find out that it was an instruction how to use e-mail in Esperanto (an invented language from 1890). There is a whole body of knowledge about lore from movie and or gaming products that the creators of these products never had in mind.
