It's actually bad for the dogs. Yelling gets them all riled up for no reason, little dogs have high anxiety. Then he yells at them to stop and confuses them because barking is how they react when they perceive their owners anger or excitement.

My mom's ex boyfriend used to hold my down and tickle me even when I yelled at him to stop. He also yelled at the both of us (mom, I) often, and he picked me up when I told him to stop. Also said my dad deserved to die and was a bad person because he died from drug overdose... Yeah. He tries to come back into our lives every now and then (stalks my mom's socials and showed up to her workplace). It's been like 4 years already. Edit- Should probably mention I was afraid of him and locked my doors at night even though I wasn't allowed to. Had extreme unrelated anxiety at the time and he called me a baby and stuff for it(Now on 100mg of Zoloft for anxiety, depression, and some OCD) . He also took the dog. Even though he bought the dog, he was my baby and I'll never stop missing him. Left us alone mostly since.

Note to parents always check with your little one if they want to be ticked and or if they want the tickling to continue. This is a great way to help them learn boundaries. My little one loves tickling so it's been a great example to bring up when it comes to teaching them to respect other people's personal space. We remind them that we ask if they want to be tickled.
