R P - The Eagle Bearer originally had great base damage and a great damage talent. Then they reduced the base damage. And for lvl 40 they removed the damage talent. It still has good base damage but the talent is completely useless.

Sector ARG Thank you! Yes everyone has a high crit damage build. For damage to health you need to test in the shooting range to know how much damage % you need to gain the maximum damage output from it.

@@tjclarke1892 accuracy has nothing to deal with recoil. Stability = recoil. So you would need a lot of weapon handling to make it as a lazer beam.

It does double damage from what I know (shows 2 damage numbers in chat box) compared to just shooting the body of the launchers.
