Yes I can, trash the whole thing run 3 piece empress one piece wyvern then use skill tier fox prayers and contractors. Use the artificer hive with the oxi. Talents are glass cannon and tech support, weapons are capacitor and in sync weapon. This has been the meta setup for oxi the past 2 years.

@@rybr3ad DTA / DTH also effects the Capacitor wep dmg, I could see that setup making the Oxi hit harder but maybe not the capacitor

@@iDentityUS well you said best Oxi build not capacitor also the capacitor is primarily to make oxi hit harder if you want capacitor to do more you lose a lot of DMG with your oxi

Just to make sure everyone is tracking: the damage of oxidizer ticks is increased by DTOOC and DTA (DTA only being for armor, obviously). I don't think you said this, but the oxi damage is *not* increased by DTH.

@@ako3180 oxidizer does damage to anything in its radius. What I'm saying is the "Damage to Health" *attribute* (found on hollow man and 3rd piece of Walker Harris) doesn't *increase* the damage of the oxidizer.

iDentity, it’s a very interesting build. But I wonder if the power of your build is due to Skill Tier as opposed to Health Damage (Damage to Health / DTH). So I ran an experiment at the White House shooting range with my world set to Heroic and the simulated pop-up enemies set to Very Hard. Here are my Oxidizer damage numbers: * All-red build (0 Skill Tiers), no Hollow Man mask: 69k-82k damage (starts at 69k, then jumps to 82k). * All-red, but with Hollow Man mask: 69-75k (oddly lower). * All-red with Hollow Man and 3 WH: 72-78k. Next, I’m using a Skill Tier 6 build: 3 Empress withGlass Cannon + Force Multiplier Hanna-U back + Waveform: Skill Tier 6 build with generic red-core mask (The Technician specialization provides the sixth Tier): 232-235k Skill Tier 6 build with DTH mask: 232-235k I’ve not duplicated your build to where I have Skill Tier on WH, but perhaps the trend is clear: Oxidizer damage scales with Skill Tier, and perhaps Health Damage is not a factor.

Thanks for running those tests and sharing your results, it’s always great to see this level of detailed experimentation! Just to clarify, in the video, I didn’t mention or suggest that the Oxidizer scales with health damage (DTH). The focus was on maximizing its performance, which, as you pointed out, heavily depends on Skill Tier rather than secondary stats like DTH. But The DTH is extremely powerful on its own and really benefits in so many scenarios.

Did they change the TDI KARD Custom to have an active skill tier WHILE HOLSTERED? I always thought it gave the tier when drawn only

When inspecting builds at the WH, I find that the TDI Kard's +1 Skill Tier is automatically added to the Skill Tier calculation. To get a more accurate calculation, switching the pistol to something else then omits the TDI Kard's +1. It's annoying but it'll give you a more accurate assessment.

@@ako3180 I just tested it at the WH, try this: take a red build with any sidearm other than the KARD. Zero Skill tiers. Then put the KARD on, your build WILL show one yellow tier, but that's because you technically have it drawn. Look at your character. They're holding the KARD. So it is confirmed, it gives the skill tier when drawn only. People will argue that their drone may display being on that extra tier, but it isn't once you leave the WH. Check for yourself 🐒

Do you think skill duration could be used with oxidizer build.like 3 x wyvern 1x murakami contractors gloves foxes knee pads. Duration of oxidizer cloud is 23.1 seconds. Damage without tec support is 270 with tec support its 338 per tick. Glass vest. All 3 mods are 10% skill duration I've just noticed that you get more tick damage by useing a shotgun with dta and dttooc. Than useing a capistor with dta and dttooc. With shotgun and tec support it was 410 per tick

I run with wyvern wear gear set. 4 piece. The singer hive and fire launcher. You can easily take out groups of enemies. Legendary is easy too.

Your talking my language when it comes to OXI builds. I LOVE OXI !!! I have The Yaal, momento, empress international 3, and wyvern. Its a beast. Melts tanks and chongas. Even they nerfed the empress set, it still hits hard. Especially running with a future med build.
