I am absolutely going to try this out. Just getting the new pieces. I do have several regen builds I use for legendary and they work incredibly well. One is pure skills based and the other far more dps. Kill count in a group is usually 1st or 2nd and it's very rare that I go down.

Ya 1p pallisade with 10% AoK is a game changer. Poor 3p badger tough... needed a bigger buff (to at least 20% AoK).

The thing about Stiker is you have to be on your game 100% of the time, I can do any mission with Foundry my armor heal regen is faster than pressing the heal button, I am impressed with how well it works. (Armor on kill is great if you have someone in you face to kill but if 3 NPC's are shooting you, you will go down)

I really like this build, but I have strikers with coyote mask & fox's prayer. Almost no survivability but crazy dmg on my st elmos @ 100.7. tried over & over again to unlock gunner specialization but gave up so im stuck with the technician. I do have the Kard custom as side but im not sure how it makes a difference with the skill tier

I like Striker and definitely the best dps brand set in D2. Upon the new patch, I strongly happy with 6yellow/5red/1blue. Enjoying dps w 6yellow skill dmg build. Safely melts everything in pve.

Would it be better solo to swap the holster and chest and put a good talent on the chest? Feel like the 200 stacks isnt as much needed in solo content. Thoughts?

Just depends and how dense the enemies are, in the open world its a question mark. CPs fast, yes... otherwise (eg farming PEs and jumping around the map)- meh. Missions and legendary not hard to keep full stacks and it hits, esp with acs or oreo.

I make one build like this, but I don't like use chest Striker on PVE, except Incursion and Countdown because the enemies down fast and this hard to keep all stacks. In case I using Paliside chest double critical with Obliterate (little hard to farm this). PS: I running all red.

True that, this 30% AoK makes it ridiculous ;) After building it, numbers (especially basic dmg on Elmo) didn't make me convinced, but after doing 2-3 activities I've changed my mind. I will test it more this evening :)

Did you check out the Capacitor? It has insane dmg potential while having very strong dmg on your skills.

hello, im pretty new to division 2, finally got my hands on a pretty solid striker build but i want to ask what's the difference between st elmo and chameleon because so far i feel like the chameleon performs better

chameleon performs better but only after stacking. Elmo doesn't need stacking. So you pick and choose which playtyle you want, do you want instant dps or you wanna stack it a bit first

so i just hit 40 and dont even have my first exotic yet but i do have a full set of Striker gear at least. why would you not add in a piece of exotic armor though instead of just 2 high ends? are there just no good gloves or holster exotics?

There’s exotics for every armour piece but I think it’s just personal preference tbh after getting like 4 striker pieces do whatever like yolo

So what I mean is I wish their isn't a clear gearset winner I like for everything to be close to each other in effectiveness. Also the weapon attributes are not balanced because damage to targets out of cover is too good too not choose it compared to everything else.

how about putting Palisade with Obliterate? despite having health bars, red and purple NPCs still die to fast to reach 100 stacks even with Oro. Right now I used Backbone since perfect Unstoppable force can easily be kept up

Ngl if you’re running strikers, the Bullet King is the ONLY way to go. While a some guns will have more raw DPS, the second you account for the time spent doing 0 damage while reloading, it’s not even close

Isn't better ceska and grupo in blue core with chc, CHD I mean armor on kill is grate but if we play heroic 5 modifiers I think that armor on kill will not be that helpful since AI do have more armor and beside this they are all yellow, don't get me wrong but on the endgame content you will need as much as possible raw DMG to kill the targets more faster before they unleash the hell on you in any other activities

I mean I get the armor on kill thing but armor on kill is still a mid thing to build even like you said imagine if you get 3 kills well I’m sorry to break it to you but you can’t always get three kills in a row and or face tank nps on legendary that armor on kill won’t save you from those enemies doing that much damage to you I still think best solo build is determined hotshot build that just one shots everyone once you get 1 headshot

I literally face tank in this video and yes you will get kills with this very easily. Hotshot is great for some situations but striker is still more effective I. The current meta

@@PatrickWolfChannel imo the one shot hot shot can be used in every single content including countdown and pvp of course it’s harder to use than the no skill brainless aim striker but I think it’s just as strong with it one requires way more skill than the other I personally think anyone can go out there and shred with overpowered broken striker with Elmo it ain’t hard at all a beginner player can make that work with no effort sniping is a different story

St.elmo is not best weapon after patch but it was never best because of white death and police m4 with str... Best AR is F2000/Shield splinterer now and for prolonged shooting is bullet king now true king

The hive brings me back, and nothing in the game takes me twice before the hive resets. Watch your backside agent.
