Definitely subbed nice builds i haven't really played division in a few years after rotting it at launch life got in way was very sick for 6 months had treatment and beat it then a year and a half later i was blessed with my daughter even tho chances were slim i would ever be a dad especially after the treatment shes now 17 months old and for the past month i been getting back into the division shd lvl 500 trying to put your 1st build together almost there need a better chestpiece tho been running coyote with it im still not really sure of how people have armour with expertise im not that far through yet but yeah great vid keep up the good work

My goto build: mask, gloves, kneepads and holster all Striker with max crit hit and crit damage. Momento backpack and Fenris chestpiece with unbreakable (also max crit hit and crit damage). Combined, the gear are four blues and three reds. Specialization is Technician and weapons are St. Elmo's Engine and Dark Winter. Skills are Crusader shield and Artificer. In my opinion, the holstered Artificer is the best shield regen in the game. Both weapons are at Expertise Level 25 and all gear are 18 and above.

I would recommend strikers with ninja and two piece Brazos. All crit of coarse, tons of extra bullets in the mag. If you’re using the Oreo I’d tell players not to sleep on Clutch. Armor on kill is wonky in groups, but armor on crits with that many RPM’s is really good.

I use the second build mostly but use the Chameleon exotic AR, since it lets you get up to 1.5 million damage per headshot crit when it's stacked up with only 2 red cores. Easily one mags bosses and tankier enemies.

Real late to this. But I run something very similar to the first build. 4 piece striker (bag, gloves mask, kneepads), Fenris chest with obliterate (for 10% AR damage) and the new(ish) Zwiadowca brand set holster (for 15% magazine size). 2 blues 4 reds (for a bit more survivability) and obviously rolled for CHC/CHD. I’m at max CHC and sitting at roughly 130% CHD. I run this with Gunner (best in slot for solo play imo) and with St. Elmo’s and a Lefty. Elmo’s getting 10 extra rounds in the mag also gives you ten more shock ammo making it 80 instead of 70 and it feels (for me at least) easier to build that stack to get it. It feels like a great build and has carried me through solo heroic 4 directive missions. It may not be perfect or the most optimized. But it’s a build that feels like it’s mine and it has worked out for me. Everyone should feel comfortable tweaking builds off of solid base builds like the ones in this video to make the build that works for them

Hi, for the 2nd build, i have a suggestions. You could swap the coyote mask for the exotics gloves that give you 25more weapon damage (i dont have the name in mind). This way you get even more damage, and it pairs well with your shotgun!

Bloody knuckles. Proc conditions for the buff are what make impractical (triggers on melee hit or grenade damage).

Strikers bag is not more than double momento. At 100 stacks for striker you get 100% dmg with the strikers bag and close to 70% without it. Momento gets 30% dmg increase once you collect enough trophies right? So it evens out. Plus you get a short boost right after collecting a trophy.

You have to switch to it, but the perk remains active when you switch back to your rifle.

My striker is a Belstone chest with obliterate. Ninjabike backpack. Gila gloves. 3 piece striker. And Sokolov knees. Crit damage and chance on everything. 1.2 mil armour. 56% crit chance and 135% crit damage! Shit hits.

The Striker backpack is one of the few gear pieces that isn’t replaceable, you lose out on so much damage without it. I wouldn’t even bother running Striker without it, you might as well just run an Obliterate/Vigilance build. If you’re talking about Picaro’s Holster, not being able to roll it to a red core is the way the developers decided to keep it since 15% weapon damage is the static minor attribute. They don’t want us getting 30% weapon damage from one gear piece I suppose.

In Countdown, there are a lot of buffs going on. I could see in one scene that he had at least 2 Coyote’s mask buffs & Future Initiative’s 25% weapon damage Ground Control. Then you factor in that his stacks are always near max because the NPCs are complete bullet sponges in Heroic Countdown. Also, each match will have 3 buffs (after you eliminate the Hunters guarding the countermeasure kiosks. There’s one buff - “Close range damage increase”, which gives everyone a crazy boost in weapon damage (it’s labeled as a 75% increase but it definitely feels like more), and I can see in at least of his scenes, his team does have that buff.

Conflict player here, I see a lot of people coming in with that PVP striker build, and getting wrecked. It doesn't matter "how good" your build is in PVP if your game sense isn't there. Also, an Umbra with 20% dmg to armor is better damage wise in conflict at least, because it's hard to keep your stacks up in conflict. While striker is better on paper, because it's 4v4... it's just hard to keep stacks up. It's a better DZ build than conflict.
