There is no balance in PVP, I’m mainly PVE, but in the DZ everyday as I love PVP. I love this game, but the fixes need to be done. Not everyone will be happy, someone will always complain. I never played The Division; the feedback I always here is that it was so good, I’m still tempted to play it. You are right all the modes in The Division 2 must be balanced. Good talk mate

I just believe the developers are being extremely lazy. Rather than give us more new content they just slap on more levels to take up our time. It makes it worse for newer players just starting at level 40. Now they have expertise and shd watch level to worry about as well.

A fellow soloist. Any asshole can get a manhunt in a group. Doing it solo is a different story WITHOUT camping the door. If I had make changes to pvp I'd do the following: 1) Take off toggling Rogue 2) Turn on friendly fire (that would eliminate multi groups) 3) Bring back sacrifice, if you want all Red, Blue, Yellow you're going to have to sacrifice damage, tankiness, and skill in order to have what you want. 4) Bring back Div1 medkits. 5) Disable the ability to see what build someone else is running. That's just for starters

I'm not a PvP player, but having all skills capped at 50% or 60% or whatever damage in PvP sounds like a good solution to me. When Massive was marketing Div 2, they touted the fact that they were going to balance PvE and PvP separately rather than trying to balance them the equally, which practically never works. That was a good thing, but since then it seems they've been reluctant to actually do it. They've balanced a few pieces here and there differently, but overall they've fallen back to trying to balance everything equally, which isn't working. If they would just let that go, even if to simply halve the damage of skills or whatever, PvP would probably be in a much better place. Between that and fixing glitches, the game would be great for everyone.

D1 pvp with one dark zone, builds that could take on a server of 20 with gold team communication minus the 6 piece gearset bullshit that ruined pvp is what D2 needs. And to not separate health and armor. You would think the devs would’ve listened to us from the D1 pvp community but they don’t give a shit.

It was so easy to wipe entire teams with bezerk/clutch 😁 Definitely much harder to make it as a solo player nowadays. I do miss the 3/11/7 but if I'm honest, especially with Compensated it did literally everything. It was way too good! What I really miss is the holstered talents. I haven't touched Div2 PvP for months. Waiting for at least a few bug fixes whilst I get my expertise up. I almost always played Div1 DZ solo. There was tension in that game that I don't really feel in Div2, not that I still don't enjoy it. Some of that tension came from the winter atmosphere but i feel like most of it waa down to the map design of the original DZ. I fear Div3 would be even more PvE-focused than the game is in its current guise.

It's still possible to solo a manhunt in Div2, but it's all about the build. I run 3 future initiative, 1 alps and 2 murikami all set to skill repair. Use the restorer hive and striker drone and you can take on a team. Positioning is also key, while you can't stand in the open and tank 4 players, you can take cover behind a vehicle. Even if 1 or 2 rush you, not really an issue. You'd be surprised how much survivability you have. If I went with an all red or all blue, different story. When they removed all the talents from holsters, gloves etc I think it was a step backwards, catering to the non PvP players to make builds simpler. The knock on effect was less build diversity.

I dont know if we need a fix for Divi 2, cause there's a lot of broken things in this game. What i think is, this game, The Division 2 deserves a respectable death. Don't mess with a full mess, leave him where he is and bring back that AMAZING GEAR 1.0 for The Division 3, with talents on all pieces, weapons with more talents, allow us to use more exotics, a real and PERFECT mix between Divi 1 and Divi 2 (pre wony).

Skills are too OP, servers are trash and constant deltas , too many “hackers”. Not enough people playing anymore. They need a new game or someone else needs to make a looter shooter just as good if not better. Most games don’t have as complex of a gear system and build diversity. The only reason I’m still playing is because there are no other even somewhat decent games out this year.
