Hi Lui, I made this last weekend, after a lunchtime Florianopolis, I had the Division Bell pre dinner. I loved it and found it more exciting than the F'polis. I will definitely make this again. I stick rigidly to the recipes and that enables me to get the best from the design. Nick from York

Mezcal def became my favorite drink in the past year. My favorite cocktail is A Cadillac Mezcalita!! Can i use Campari instead of the Aperol?

Oh that's awesome! Love Mezcal so much. I would say that that would change the whole flavor profile as Campari is much more bitter than Aperol. Try it! See what happens but Aperol is much smoother and less bitter. The drink could be off balance
