I got this on Thursday, didn't even pay attention to that skill as I don't run electronics and use Midas for the sustain. I didn't realize I had a broken little machine on me this whole time lol. Good that it's getting a fix quickly though.

I did a Challenge mission last night. It was absolutely insane! Have all 4 team mates run the health circle and then a skill of their choosing. usually blinding sticky bomb, scan+damage, and healing grenade+damage. but those portable healing stations are CRITICAL. Then have 2 people run the increase in damage signature skill, then the other 2 run agents run the other remaining signatures kills. stay together, team shoot everything and dont forget about using your 20% elite buffs(water bottles) and for those over armored machine gunners, use incendiary bullets or explosive bullet. It eats through their armor and will set them on fire and get them to stop shooting. The end boss dropped me the Caduceus and my buddy got the Midas. along with everyone getting a yellow equipment drop for completing it.

I believe there is no affect to the vector's stock in stats. It's purely cosmetic.

Today I went into the DZ for the first time. My and a friend ran into the named boss in subway. The first boss I killed in DZ and it dropped Midas for me. The fun thing is that friend has slain over 20-30 bosses and hasn't dropped a Legendary weapon yet. And mentioned Midas about 5 minutes before I dropped it. xD

was so stoked to get it as a drop from the DZ. spent a couple of hours spec'ing into the required specs to get it to activate. notice that it didnt have the same results as the vid. read in comments that it got nerfed. i am sad :[ brightside its actually a great crit dealer. gonna look into getting more mods and attachments to boost crit damage and dam. vs elites so all is not lost

Liberator has fixed talents. Vector can have a number of different, random talents which gives you a lot better talents. Go with the vector.

I like that. You're pairing the most op gun in the game (Midas) with the most underpowered high end weapon around (Cassidy). The Midas can be used in any situations but the UNmodable Cassidy is damn near useless at high level, in particular d4-d6 level 30 dark zone.

Hei Arekkz, whats up man? Yesterday i got the midas dropped, so I was really curious. I remember that you said that its been patched, but in the weapon description is nothing to find of it. I still have the talent "active". So whats up now actually? It disabled but the weapon description doesnt show it? I'm a bit confused.

in pve it seems really strong but in pvp you wont be getting that effect that often because actually players aren't going to mindlessly attack you like the A.I will and players will also have the same gun as you eventually

It's not Midas that's broken, it's Trained. Any weapon can get that talent, Midas just comes with it all the time. Hopefully they don't nerf it into oblivion though.
