@@VladimirMicic yeah but the problem ive seen is that unless the team starts off with a good strat that'll catch the enemy off guard and not just roam around the map going for picks (which happens in 95% of all solo queue games) then the chance is so little but I do agree that winning against that anti eco is so satisfying.

reminds me, when me and 4 randoms were 14-2 on T side of train. We won pistols and lost 2nd round. 15-3. My teammates started forcing. Every round. One had always deagle in Popdog, on was always pushing Ivy with deagle and one played close B site. After two round Ts knew what was happening and we had no chance. Luckily after 10 rounds or so when I asked my teammates to try at least one eco, one of them listened and went eco two. The very next round, we were able to win it because of the two m4s :D

I love the MP9. Never buy any other smg as a ct. It is super cheap, the fire rate is great and the spray pattern is easy to learn

My favorite SMG is actually the MP7. Just learn the recoil pattern and it can actually become quite effective even for long range situation due to its high accuracy.

Favorite Smg is MP7. It can be fitted out for both sides and the recoils is very controllable. If you practice you can even get headshots from long range.

My favorite smg is prob the ump or mp7 because while they can be very deadly close range they also can usually be used for long range engagements. Also they both have pretty good armor penetration.

My fav is the MP7. I would prefer better accuracy anyday than greater fire rate and damage. I tend to find myself in volatile situations, not necessarily anchoring always and therefore MP7 seems more dynamic.

I adore the UMP. It’s a very budget assault rifle. But just like my PC, its budget build clocks in astonishingly good specs. The UMP is CS, the mp9 makes me feel like I’m playing COD. I just feel dirty using the mp9 and the p90. The same dirty feeling I get when I play with an auto sniper.

A CT "short" player doesn't exist except when there is intel from Mid that Ts are walking cat. Then there will be 2 CTs pushing short, usually with 1 awp. If you rush short with MP9 and die (Which you do 90% of the time coz you're a silver), A site is completely open for Ts and congrats, you just lost the round. GGWP noob.

Once I heard interesting discussion about this topic, where yes, you can buy only kevlar as CT if you know Ts have guns like AK, SG, AWP. But on the other hand there was concern of taking some damage, and next round having to rebuy whole kevlar+helmet for full price while you also had to drop to your teammates as you expect Ts having eco/low buy. But yes, generally I agree you do not have to buy helmet as often on CT :D

@@a.k.s7613 I think I heard there was this option in older versions of the game, like before 1.6. Some veterans can fill in the number. But I do not think it has to be done - for example, if you have damaged kevlar and you buy helmet. Would be there icon for kevlar+helmet and what would be ammount of kevlar? that damaged one or 100? Also, if you would buy only helmet, in pistol rounds. Imagine CTs intentionally starting to find headshot angles (like on Cache B, and ton of others). if it is long or medium distance, you give him less than 50 damage. And you cannot hit him in the body (might be some weird hitbox here and there to be hitting body, but for sake of argument let's say there is not). While the CT can one tap you if you did not buy helmet (scared of grenades or bad CT aim) and double tap you if you have helmet. (or hs and 2-3 body shots). Also, if you have helmet, that is 350, you still have 450 for utility. So imagine on Cache (or even Inferno Banana - well, there is less protection for your upper body, but still) - CT grenades choke point, delivers around 40 damage (highly possible if no kevlar on Ts) and than just easily taps down incomming mass of Ts. Plus, there is usually the 2nd CT to help him out. So yeah, I am scared it would create more unbalanced and abusing strategies.

dont solo queue play when you are in the best mood, dont just play cuz you want to play get enough sleep and practice some maps, i noticed when i sleep well i get 35+ kills every game but i solo queue so i lose some for team related reasons

Well there are a few things to keep in mind if you want to get out of silver. Silvers are chaotic! Full of fake calls and bad decision making. My biggest advice is to embrace the utility. When you set up a map for grenade practice lear how to trow flashes. Not by line ups but free hand flashes. Learn how grenades work and you will create more chaos. Also don't stay in the open with utility. Strafes are super op in silver. Practice your aim and warm up before any games. If you soloQ you will have to watch the map constantly for accurate info. Also don't be that player who baits. If your teamate peeks don't look at him. Go help him! 2 vs 1 will increase your chances of winning the fight. Try not to overpeek an angle. (take 1 angle at a time.) if you have an smg you can run left and right. Don't run forward with an smg while shooting! It's always ok to retreat and give away a position. If you hold a site alone and get 1 kill then get traded you failed to hold the site. Don't go for kills byt try ti delay in that situation. From once i a while do something unexpected. (when you have a low buy) to surprise the enemy and get an easy kill.
