Every day, things we do knowingly or unknowingly, affect others. Sometimes it’s a small effect, and sometimes it’s profound and causes a chain reaction. If you’re going to have an effect, why not make it a good one. What if we focused on that chain reaction, and used our innate talents and strengths to cause big changes for those that would benefit most. Using your strengths and convictions to inspire others, and to treat humans actually as humans.
A former football player for the University of Florida and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Thaddeus Bullard has become a fixture on WWE’s programming, including RAW and Smackdown, as WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil. Since his debut with WWE in 2012, O’Neil has made an impact both in and out of the ring as a business and family man, motivational speaker, youth counselor and coach. Bullard can often be found speaking to children in schools, visiting the elderly in assisted living facilities, and participating in a variety of charitable events in his community. In addition, he participates in WWE’s numerous community-giving platforms, including its Be a STAR anti-bullying campaign and initiatives to support literacy, the U.S. military, Special Olympics, and Susan G. Komen.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Patrick wells NEWS OF THE DAY wrong, buddy that's Titus O'Neil a jobber who works for the biggest company in Pro Wrestling, WWE. He's a Pro Wrestler, who like most Football Players turned Pro Wrestlers who works for WWE had never had taken bumps before working for WWE in Developmental. if you don't what a jibber is, it's a wrestler that loses all the time. and right now Titus has started a Heel (bad guy) faction/tag team named the Titus Brand with him and Apollo Crews, so far and nobody likes it or cares about it.

omar jordan thought the same thing, at first, but you never know what type of dominoe effect will happen once you do something. Maybe this will lead to the manager becoming less judgmental or the supervisor to start standing up more for what he believes in. Maybe someone at the restaurant saw Titus generosity, and decides to treat somene they see in need, next time.

This Brother is a real hero it's a awful shame that WWE would not give this man a title run for the universal championship. that company still has problems pushing other enthic groups or people of color, or what they usally will do is just give them 1 or 2 months with the title and that's it.

Marcus Mullings Isn't that still an ethnic group. Samoans have done just as good if not better than any race in wrestling. And then you have the iron sheik, booker t, mark henry, jaqueline, Ron Simmons, all great champions, hall of famers, and or future hall of famers. The list goes on. The main reason the entire roster is a majority in Caucasians is because WWE is based in America and America is mostly Caucasian. The country is less than 20 percent black, and that is reflected in every demographic in every workplace. Unless the African wrestling scene really picks up, the odds are that there won't be a large number of African wrestlers working at the top of the food chain. The same goes for every country. WWE could make a ton of money in China, but the wrestling scene sucks there right now, so it would be a huge waste of time to find chinese talent unless they're amazing. While it's definitely true that a lot of ethnic wrestlers have been wasted by WWE, but that is 1000 times more true for white stars as they make up the majority of the roster. There is always going to be anger. If 100 percent of wrestlers were black, Vince would be called a slave owner overworking blacks. The problem is that most people don't look a that demographic of the typical wrestler versus the population in which a wrestler is likely to come from. Then this figure has to be compounded by the number of truly entertaining and athletically talented persons on earth. In the United States, if you add any ethnicity to this equation, the number of candidates gets very, very, very small. But if you think of it this way, then You will realize why things are the way they are.

The Web Addict still wwe was and is still racist. just look at the stereotypes that they attach to most of their black,hispanic, or asian talents, but it's the blacks that have it worser than any enthic minority.
@TheWebAdict
@TheWebAdict 7 жыл бұрын
Marcus, I actually watch the product every single week. I have to say that those characterizations are just untrue. Guys like Shinsuke Nakamura and Hideo Itami are not in any way subjected to stereotypes. What you say about the black guys is also untrue, as if you listen their interviews with various outlets about the formation of their characters, nine times out of ten, they come up with their characters on their own. The New Day have spoken very openly and in depth on how they created their characters and how they based their characters on their real life friendship and common interests they share in things like anime(See Their Recent WrestleMania Entrance). I have stated in my previous comment common reasons why people have the misconceptions you have brought forth, and I have stated evidence that in a way supports my views. I just do not think it is okay to accuse a person or organization of something as heinous as racism without stating any evidence. That is all I am trying to say. Hopefully you can agree with me on that.
