Warms my heart to hear Kristy say "I like gluten". Half the people that think they can't eat gluten which is just a wheat protein are actually just having an adverse reaction to all the B vitamins forced into our diets through enriched flour. I had the symptoms of "gluten intolerance" and since I bake for a living and had to study nutrition in culinary I thought people have eaten wheat forever, why would we suddenly not be able to? They started enriching flour during the depression to make sure people were getting nutrients. If you read your labels on food you will see almost everything lists enriched flour or wheat flour then listing Thiamine, riboflavin etc. I found if I ate things without the extra "enriching" that we no longer need in our diet I had no symptoms. I would tell most people unless they have celiac disease that were told they can't have gluten to read a few labels and try things without the vitamins added and see if they still get sick. It is basically a b vitamin overdose they are suffering from not an allergy to wheat protein. But anyway keep eating that gluten and keeping people like myself and my husband in business. Plus I hate to tell Charlies unless they mixed those GF donuts in a separate facility and fried them in different oil they have gluten contamination and are not gluten free technically. I always tell people when they order gf anything from where I work that it is made in a kitchen with flour and flour does go EVERYWHERE so I can't promise it won't have some. So any thoughts on what you will do once you run out of donut spots? Cupcakes maybe? I am loving these videos!

I love donuts I like the long John, cinnamon swirl, plane glazed, and apple fritter but that depends on where I get it from. Gotta love the coffee!

I like the decor and seating. The donuts are cute and look yummy. They remind me of Duck Donuts. If you have never had theirs, Theirs are small like that. Pop rocks is interesting. I have never seen one. Good video as always! ❤

Those donuts look incredible 🤤 I’ll never understand why people like peanut butter and jelly (I’m in the UK, so it’s gross to the most of us and we call it Jam not jelly 😂) not sure which one i would like 🤔 probably the sprinkles one.
