How, in God's name, did it take until 2020 for the Doobie Bros to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?? They were, and still are, one of the best rock and roll bands on planet Earth!

Seen em 3x last was at Blossom, Ohio. 5-10k were there and cooler then all get out to see all that crowd singing along, dancing, outdpor venue!

Love to hear that comment - as amazing as Michael is (and Pat for that matter), Tommy IS the Doobie Brothers. I just saw them a month ago and he sounded sooooo good - a couple years prior I was able to do a meet and greet with Tom, Pat, and John McFee - was a great experience.

Being born in 1957, being a kid in the 60's, and being a teenager for the greatest tunes of any decade in the 70's, " Dobie brothers " were the greatest by the way,,, I consider myself so fortunate I was born and bred in these years! Oh yea baby!

@@raymondtovey3722 🤔 not sure I can agree with you there. Johnston fits the doobies sound a bit more I feel but Henley is a damn good vocalist. Two different really, both bluesy but Johnson more of a raw, throaty shouting. Henley, very gentle singing, excellent vibrato, a bit raspy and in some cases nasally.

this song takes me back to 1979 i was so in love with this bartender i was 22 at the time he married another this song saw me thru that terrible time. i married someone else. eventually we both found ourselves divorced. we married we divorced shortly. he passed away 2011. this song still makes me ache at 68. afteepr a breakup just move on with life

After 62 years, just bought tickets and finally going to see live August 17th here in Indy. Looked at the setlist and they play all the hits, but not sure if Another Park, Another Sunday will make it. Should be a blast.

I wish I could have been friends with Tom during this time, he wrote this, listen to the words; he was hurting back then about something, or someone. With my wisdom and maturity now, I could have helped him. He could have leaned on me. I love helping people, it gives me an emotional high.

The band,the music have been part of my life since I find heard them in 1972,here in England. Boy,they are as good now live as they were in the 70s .Can't wait to see them again.a rock the night away.

These guys are without a doubt a great rock N roll biker band. No wonder they are in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Even though they were past due for it. They should have been in much earlier.
