I don't think it's weird at all. I've had a similar experience where I saw a person that I'd met just once before perform a comedy set on the biggest stage he'd done yet, and I was overwhelmingly proud of him. Barely knew the guy, but I could appreciate the work and effort it took to get there, and how it must've felt. Love to see people celebrating others' journeys and successes. 🙌

I was mentally sabotaging myself. I believed that because I hadn’t released my new album, nobody would take me seriously as a musician. Now that the album is finished (still not released yet until spring 2025) I feel a weight lifted and no longer care how I’m perceived because I know my worth as a musician and person. It took the completion of the album and some major life events to be the catalyst for the change, but it was literally like flipping a switch. All I had to do was shift. 💕💪🏼

I love hiking and since my friends and family don’t like it, I always go by myself. It feels scary at the beginning because most of the time I don’t know the mountain , but once I am immersed it feels great,peaceful and relaxing. I trust nature and nature takes care of me. Love the unknown ❤🙌🏼

What I feel is so "funny" is I'm a lot like you (have been moving most of my life etc) yet that level of freedom you're talking about, you have it. You can go anywhere you want, do anything you want because you have a biz that supports you. Maybe I'm crazy but I'm about also to move to a new area, in a new country, yet still trusting that my biz will take off and will support me. Because I'm not going back to that old version of me that was in corporate. Not sure why I share that but it came - and thanks for sharing!

I get it. All of us who lived in unpredictable environments, tend to hyper control certain aspects in our lives for a sense of safety. Asking for a specific type of water or clinging to a certain bedtime routine gives us that sense of safety, especially when we are changing our environment. It is just like small children. Whenever they move, they hold on tight to their blanky. Or at their first day of school, they hold onto the lunch box that mommy made them. It is just a normal way to cope. I find it actually amazing that you can manage to sleep in different places. I can hardly fall asleep if I change my bed. Thank you for sharing, Aaron. It feels like you are a close friend. I'm so so sorry. You have these recurring dreams of being prevented from getting something you want. It's like a subconscious fear that keeps coming up for you. Maybe it's a good thing to buy and move around. You are giving yourself the message. Things are not impermissible anymore. I used to have a recurring dream of driving in the opposite direction. I had a traumatic fear of driving. Then, when I faced my fear, the dream stopped. So today's message is to follow your excitement even if it's scary.

The dream is showing something important: the belief in the existence of an undermining force. As long as that belief is there you're likely to batten down the hatches against it, which will call it in of course. I deal with that off and on and have to remind myself that the all is the self exploded outward and you play the role of your own undermining force, so you can end it.

Sounds very familiar: I have been moving so much in my life and lived in six different countries. But I’m also always a bit scared of the unfamiliar. Now I live between two different countries and have accommodations there which feel good. So it’s all about finding a compromise and acceptance for your needs and adjusting them properly

I was stuck in a go no, with crap pay and no insurance job in apt leasing that was the most intense, stressful job I've ever had and I'm 62 so that says allot. To say the least, I went to work every day absolutely hating it but stayed because I knew the job and find interviewing terrifying. Lol.... recently I rented an apt that was available but not the next available apt because the guy wanted a 1st floor apt. The leasing Co owner was so pissed she fired me after 2.5 years which forced me to look for new work. I found a work at home job that had been a long time dream!! I'm soooo glad she literally forced me to find a better way to earn income with a great company with fantastic benefits!!! 😁

I just booked a week in London and Bath to do what I love and I have NO home right now. Just my daughter's couch in Australia. I want to find a home too.
