I was there. Nobody knew The Doors. Such a strange name. I don't recall the music. But I do recall the singer, who of course was Morrison, playing and dancing with a double bass. You know the big bass thing.

I wonder what happened to the rest of the Avalon tapes. Seems unlikely only two songs were taped and one other being broadcast up, sad they never found their way into circulation. They were well recorded too
