Fernando Crespo I don’t think they are noticeably swung on the original. However, as long as everyone in the band matches up live in their swing level, it will work. No one in the audience will remember a detail like that from the recording. Good luck!

These are defo just straight 8ths on the record. JD definitely swings on a lot of the tracks though. Even when he doesn't swing, his accents make it seem like he does

It’s actually easier than it sounds. Starting on beat 2, play 3 notes on the snare, 5 on the hihat (starting with the left hand) then 4 on the snare. It’s like 4/4/4 snare/hihat/snare, but you move one note in the first group to the hats.

+Jaime Perujo - You are welcome and thanks for watching! I do not have the skills to edit out drums from a full recording. Sometimes guys can make it work, but usually the track sounds strange afterwards. Most of my videos use drumless tracks made from muting the drums in Guitar Hero and Rock Band songs (that I have also just found online). I will also find studio acapella tracks online and combine those with karaoke version instruments.

Man, I love your videos but You should play the bass drum on the video besides all times so we could play along likewise. Or, at least wear lighter jeans so your leg movements are better seen. Thank You and keep up the good work!!!
