Utilising the backbone of "Light My Fire" this became a late bloomer live in the Doors set and could very well have gone places if put onto record..the musicianship and Jim's reading on this performance was sublime and really brought back memories of that summer of '67!

I've been listening to the Doors for about 27 years… I was very young but, for music, I made very good choices. Their music will live on forever. Jim's poems will remain for posterity. If you see Jim Morrison as a young man he looks like the statue of the god Apollo. Beautiful. And with all his gifts. I still mourn his death even though I should. RIP J. D. There'll never be ANY other summers ... like the summers in the 60s. Ever. The sun was yellow and the sky was always blue ... when you walked up to the circles ... the girls all beckoned you..... the sidewalks sang ... beneath your feet ... and "Hello, I love you" made it all complete. Forgive me ... this video makes me go all "doors'y and Jim'sy, there for a minute. Groovy .. Farm out ... and Right Arm, baby.... 😎
