you could argue this is not a dosa. Given the volume of dosa batter compared to the amount of butter, you could call this 'The Butter Express of Hyderabad'. Also the two chaps are defo not the ones chopping the onions and coriander, otherwise they would be a bit more careful when sprinkling it one :)
