Wow! I've known for years that I was an INFJ, but I have never heard exact details like this about INFJ's behaviors, and I am completely floored. This is me 100x's over. 1. To be Sigma means you have done the work within yourself to rich balance, you have work in your negative, weakness and strength: You know who you are. 2. Sigmas are highly spiritual people. 3. Sigmas are the real stoicism 4. Knowledge and philosophy is the root of the way of living and thinking of Sigmas. 5. Sigmas due to hard work they have done within themselves, and their way of living: stoicism, philosophy ( wisdom) knowledge, they a rich inner control within themselves, this means they have and they know how to control their emotions, feelings, thoughts, they have control of themselves and their behavior and actions. 6. Sigmas are honest and true to their core values and themselves: this means they never compromise their integrity, their dignity, their values and who they are, by comparing themselves with others or being someone they are not. 7. All the characteristics you have mentioned doesn’t make sense with the negative consequences just by knowing what is a Sigma and just by being an Empathetic leadership: doesn’t make sense. And if you connect all the characteristics and being a Sigma: the negative characteristics or consequences doesn’t make sense.
