Leased not bought I believe it’s until March 2026 saw the listing online they even said in their video it was $35000 a month in rent alone

@@richthecardude94 In the end it was a lease and I really don't care if it's a lease or purchase, I'm looking forward to all the growth and content that will come of it. I called it a while ago and when Hoonigan was starting to fade away a bit I felt DDE could pick up the torch, albeit differently, and a different class of cars.

Idk they moved out of the Compton location. I think Hoonigan lost site of the “kill all tires” “aint care” mantra and became corporafied when wheel pro’s merged with them

Fitment industries fall off was hella harder and more noticeable than donut media with their content. The reason I stopped watching was after Alex left fi, and definitely will stop watching hoonigan after Vin is gone.

Donut media falling off needs to be studied, they stopped doing up to speed, science garage, wheelhouse, high vs low etc so I couldn’t watch anymore, and I know some people will agree with me.

Wheel Pros took the Hoonigan brand and uses it to push their product, banking on Hooingan's popularity in car culture, but refuses to do all of the things that made Hoonigan what it is/was. No web content, no shows and no viral content other than commercials here and there. It's sad to watch this brand implode.

Hoonigan had sh!t car, the Miata. Relatable and obtainable cars/builds. DDE, how many people "Built not bought" their lambos? Building your sh!t box in your driveway with your friends and going to meets and seeing "Hoonigan" stickers was a life style. RIP
