I have no idea why, but I love the "yeeuugh" sound that Freeze Blade makes in game and during certain cutscenes. If you don't know what I'm talking about, loop up the opening cutscene of Swap Force where the Skylanders are fighting the Fire Vipers and watch the part where Free Blade uses his ice attack the freeze one of them. Just something about that battle cry I love hearing over and over again.

Stuff like that is why I like skylanders so much. Despite how much there is in this franchise, it all feels interconnected and never overwhelming And keep up the good work Neon Batteries. I have been enjoying your content so much lately, even your non-skylanders videos like the Minecraft animation history video. It’s clear how much time and effort you put into your channel and I have huge respect for it

Cali is a Mabu, like Flynn and Hugo. The design of the Mabu don’t seem to be based off of one mammal though, instead pulling from a bunch of different mammals. So, the female Mabu design could definitely have some feline inspirations

okay, let's get on with it 1. the Mountain in "Cats Eye Mountain" is part of the name of the place, it's not the Mountain called "Cats Eye", same way you don't just call a certain Polish mountain range "Giants", you call them "Giant Mountains" (I know, obscure example but I'm Polish so it's one I'm familiar with), it's not that big of a deal but still worth mentioning imo 2. as for the development cycle, we know this not because of the wiki but because of the Strata artbook released alongside Swap Force which contains a bunch of early designs for the different Skylanders and a lot of different ideas that could've been used (for instance Rattle Shake not being a snake yet or Boom Jet being a Mabu), it's worth asking about on any Skylanders discord servers as the book itself was archived a couple months ago making it accessible to everyone 3. it is never stated that all Greebles are under a certain bad guy, we don't even know if all of them come from Minions Monthly, so it is safe to assume that just as with Trolls while there are Greebles that directly serve a more powerful villain there's also numerous smaller gangs/factions that work on their own (you can also see Greebles mentioned in Fist Bump's and Hoot Loop's backstories) 4. There's probably a multitude of villains that can afford an entire army in Skylands, not just Moneybone and Kaos (though they are still wealthy). Other villains such as this from that point in the series include the Cyclops Queen, Frightbeard, and possibly even Hektore, point is it doesn't seem like a huge deal to be able to amass an army in Skylands as there's a multitude of smaller armies and gangs everywhere, Skylands are endless after all
