Despite my own life long fear of needles & injections I signed up to be a donor about a year ago with DKMS. If I’m a match to anyone no matter where they are in the world all I gotta say is “I’m ready when you are”.

What a wonderful, selfless man Neil is to donate his bone marrow to the little boy who needed a transplant. May God bless him and his wife.

I recommend everyone to get one the bone marrow registry, the odd's on finding a perfect match can be as high as 1/20 000 000 000 so you might never get called upon but if you do, your in and out of the hospital the same or next day, your asleep when the bone marrow is taken, the pain after normally lasts only a few days and there's a really good chance you could literally be saving a life!

I so wish i could donate blood and bone marrow but sadly i can't . I have epilepsy . I take regular medication that goes into my blood stream and will do for the rest of my life. Doctors and my neurologist told me i can't donate

So, I'm in the US. I have a question. I don't mean for it to sound rude .... But seriously, do they have Orthodontic doctors in England? Everyone has bad teeth?

I’m sure they do, but it’s also a common thing for most people to not want to fix it (:
@megchapman37766 жыл бұрын
Yes we do. However it isn't free like our health care is. Most people can't afford 2 grand on braces. Teeth are naturally not perfectly straight, and I'd much rather spend money on something worthwhile than "perfect" teeth.
