When faced with a terminal cancer diagnosis, most people would feel like giving up and sinking into despair. But not April McGilligan, she's remained upbeat and positive, despite enduring four rounds of chemotherapy over 12 years and being given just months to live. She also had to endure heartbreaking tragedy when her son passed away unexpectedly aged 24. The one thing April so desperately wants is to be able to pay for a headstone to finally lay her son to rest before she herself dies.
