But we can agree if he had more face time and saw him do more chaos he could been something else something we viewers would fear and hope he stays longer and break hopes of winning. I think he could be just as dangerous as Aizen and Madara. Coz nothing works on him, No magic, no time rift and he lit invincable. Killing so many dragons that not even Miraak or Dragon slayers could do. Acnologia is scary and just hearing his name make someone scare like mentioning Voldemort or Mordor. Besides the anime goes, Acnologia is a super powerful villain and never take lightly. @@julianbaum4421

Minervas reaction will make sense once they see her backstory. People leave out that strong emotions give zenkai boosts in this series. Their master wasn't weak, Sting just got way stronger after seeing his best friend get destroyed. Minerva was just excited to know now Sabertooth has a chance

I also loved Fairy Tail Zero, hopefully they watch it prior to the ending arcs as it was produced. Actually found my favorite AMV because of Zero (It's called the wolf and the sheep for the song, I don't recall the artist's name but her voice, the subject matter of the song, and the storyline all seem like they were made for each other)

Yeah the hand we see right at the start isn't attached to the rest of the body, in every shot we see lucy after that they avoid showing her right hand, either covering it through rocks or hiding it behind her body.

Her clairvoyance ( did i spell that right? i don't wanna check) is way too situational and/or incosistent. The main problem with future vision is that it's too op in almost any situation. So they have to nerfit in _some_ way. But having that character, who by the way is very cocky about using her common sense, not talk about these terrible visions at all? She shouldn't have that magic in the first place.

This new Fairy Tail aired 2 years after the episode 175. Everyone felt FT will not come back, lost hopes, then after 2 years we got news of FT coming back finally, with new animation. Though I like the old animation better. This new season's song is one of my fav - Masayume Chasing 😍🔥🔥

See, this is why we hyped up this arc guys, this is Fairy Tail. And that's why this is my personal favorite arc. And from here on out the show stays pretty good (no more Key of the Starry Heavens type lulls). The final arc is pretty freaking amazing too, but the Grand Magic Games is the Fairy Tail chef's kiss. He probably didnt notice them. I doubt Lector or Frosch go around talking to Jiemma regularly. It wasn't until Lector actually interrupted him that Jiemma noticed his presence at all. Sting and Rogue probably gave their cats the emblem when they joined.

Not really the best place to talk about this stuff but. . . . . . . . . . . . . . My ideals is that humans weren’t his target, until they made themselves a target. Why else is he unseen for hundreds of years, he didn’t kill Gildarts either but once humans started getting in his way, he went after them as well. In his fight with ‘her’ he says along the lines “I have no uses for you, begone.” The stuff that happens after the Rift is just a uncontrollable monster bent on destruction. Which is why there were two side to that fight.

0:26 OHHH! I never noticed that one. They're SO subtle with these... Spoilers for later in this arc: Looking at the position of the hand and of Lucy, that was her severed arm laying on the ground, so this is when she lost it. I picked up on most of the hints on my first rewatch, but missed this one. Not sure how that even happened though, with fireballs raining from the sky, it's probably much harder to get your arm cut off without becoming a piece of coal than it is to just get obliterated.

The reason for the one year hiatus was a falling out with the animation studio. Before it was Satelight and the new one was Bridge if I remember correctly. The old studio put more of a personal spin on their drawings, while the new studio keeps closer to the art style of the manga. Note that the mystery person in the hood is using her left hand to write. That will have some relevancy later. Keep in mind that what Zirconis said is his biased opinion, not necessarily fact. He saw Acnologia "bathe" in the blood of many dragon sand then saw him become a dragon, so he just assumed that the latter is the consequence of the former... whether that is the truth or a misconception on his part, only time will tell. And what Arcadios (the guy in armour) says are just theories that historians have proposed centuries after the events took place. So once again this might be the what really happened or completely off the mark and anything in between. Don't mistake Jiemma being one-shotted by Sting as him being weak. That guy is a beast. But the attack by Sting caught him completely off guard, so he didn't have any defenses up and on top of that, at that moment Sting's power spiked due to reasons that'll be explained soon.

Thats not why they changed animation studios... they never had a falling out, the reason for the change was because Fairy Tail was getting more popular so a new and more polished look for the anime would be better and the reason for the hiatus was because the anime caught up to the manga and thats why they added Key of the Starry Heavens in as anime-only even though Hiro Mashima had planned it out for the manga but since they couldnt add another fillsr in the middle of GMG arc they decided to take a hiatus and wait until there's more source material for the anime plus the anime did try to add in some fillers in GMG arc like the Kagura vs Lyon part was filler while in the manga it was only an off screen fight.

Let's talk about sabertooth... Sting and Roge still cried and it moves me... Frosh hugs Roge so scared and seeing the reader defend Sting and show his mark to that monster of a teacher... It's horrible.. It hurt and I cried together with Sting... But since he went through it with his magic it was so gratifying... And for obvious reasons you can watch Minerva and see that that teacher's animal raised a monster, just look at his smile of satisfaction. 💔😭😭😭😭😭😭

The 2nd season of this anime is so great.. What is going to happen is so great... Proof of that is to see Lucy so injured fight and Natsu defend the little honor they have left after so much destruction... Knowing what zirconis told them that story of the origin of the dragon hunter magic and the explanation of why it is called the festival of the dragon king ufff and with this design. ☝️☝️☝️☝️💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 Psdt: Acnalogia is an unnameable being and names another being as powerful as Zeref. I admit that I was scared to death having heard those two names together after what he left behind on Tenrou Island. 💫💫💫
