As far as i know Nomura confirmed that the voice that says: "So much too do... So littel time... Take your time..." is Mickey. But that was in a interview before BBS. Moreover i think in KH1 Ultima Keychain you can still see the blade of the dream sword.

You actually can get the dream sword in a way. The blade of the dream sword is the same as the blade on the ultima weapon.

Well if you didn’t know or may known you can get the two dreams weapons of Donald&Goofy that you can obtain the dream staff for Donald and the dream shield for Goofy, For the dream staff you can complete all of your upgrades spells when talking to merlin the wizard of getting of all them to obtaining the dread staff for Donald and for the dream shield you can complete getting all of those magic elements “arts” item that can dropped from those white mushrooms 🍄 heartless when using three correct magic from them when talking to merlin once again obtaining the dream shield for Goofy, for Sora’s dream sword well doesn’t appear to obtained it but for the ultimate weapon keyblade that resamble to the dream sword is the closest thing you can get well… not really in the KH 358/2 days of the nintendo Ds you played as Sora that he have the dream sword with him.
