I would like to see how a pirate manage to die to scurvy in tos2 ngl. "If there are not enough players for you to plunder you will die of scurvy." Also I didn't know that witch can save their members for controlling the pirate to another target. (yes it will make the pirate auto lose) "A Witch will force you to lose the duel regardless of your choice if they control you away from your target." "Your target will not receive the results of the Duel if you are Controlled."

Pirate dies to scurvy if there are 1 or fewer other players alive at the start of the day. Pirate doesn't block game wins, so you may think it doesn't matter, but there is an achievement for being the last player alive and since the Pirate becomes dead before the game ends in that case the other player will get it if they don't already have it.

You say that the dreamweaver is the worse coven role. However my last dreamweaver game, i dreamwoven someone night 1 and they claimed to be dreamwoven and they gotten jailed night 2. They ended up being the Mayor and unable to reveal which would have came in clutch in a 3v3 with a mayor and crus but the mayor was helpless
