Superb, tidy work. Do you recalibrate prior to mailing back to customer?

I certainly do, I manually calibrate it getting the sticks to true center before runing through the online calibration GUI. This gives a better circularity and lowers errors.

Fun fact hall sensors was installed in first launch ps3 controllers officialy by sony and still working fine, next revision controllers on ps3 was potentiometers again…feels like sony made it on purpose so controllers break…
