Honestly, even with Willow getting her memory back, i couldn't feel bad for her. Who in their right mind would "test" their fiancee? She slept with Makoto, allowed him to throw away the last items George had to remember his parents, and even took a picture a wedding photo with him. No man would take all that. She got everything she deserved. She worked hard to ruin her happiness.

Wasn't she blackmailed and extorted into doing all that? She didn't even know if there was any video of her since she lost all memories of her past. Makoto literally moved in so she was never alone with George, so she couldn't tell him, also she didn't know about the cameras. There was a huge plot hole since we don't know if she was forced on in his house, but I can only think of it as her under duress being afraid that George would feel disgusted with her and leave without question. Under duress people don't have much time to think things through; if they did, extortion wouldn't exist

@@ReyDeyinAFrey I hear what your saying, however, the "under duress" excuse holds no weight considering she slept with Makoto with zero pressure. If she was forced or coerced, the camera would've caught it and the evidence would've sent Makoto straight to jail. Letting another man take a faux wedding picture with you, letting said person throw away the only items your fiancee had left to remember his parents by, reprimanding your fiancee for getting upset about said items being thrown away, and willingly cheating on said fiancee does not sound like being under duress to me. The fact that she didn't even try to reach out to anybody else in the orphanage to verify if what Makoto said about their relationship was true, the fact that she didn't trust George enough to explain anything to him until she lost him, and the fact that she was willfully cruel up until the wedding all point towards Willow deserving everything she got.

@XenMaster2017 doesn't that sound more like she was trying to not anger Makoto into revealing the supposed photos, so she had to appease to all those events to not anger him into revealing anything? Willow didn't know about the surveillance or wasn't said to have known; what physical evidence was there to accuse Makoto and remember she probably would feel some guilt if the supposed past was true. Here say wouldn't be enough for the police to arrest him and what would stop Makoto from revealing all those video after that? That is why I said under duress; bureaucracy can only do so much under the law and even if we break the 4th wall and read the comments about her, we villainized her even though we know she was extorted and forced onto. In the end it's only my opinion and can never put myself in that type of situation, but I can only show empathy for her character for being corrupted by a manipulative antagonist

This here is what mainly makes me doubt her authenticity. Plus, when MC was looking at the surveillance camera, with what she was doing, why was she so into it? She wasn't forced to be so engrossed in it but just to do it. And her amnesia didn't matter here because by this point Makoto had already tried to advance on her, she was already dating MC, and already blackmailed her so she already knew he was a terrible person.
