You're so talented at making videos! They're so heart warming. My experience with ducks is, even raising them inside, by hand, they run from you as soon as you pasture them. Chickens are better at staying tame. In other words, chickens aren't chickens, ducks are chickens! Haha! 😂

During the mail part, I noticed that there were barely any hummingbirds at your feeder. Just a little tip, instead of filling the feeder up with store bought nectar, mix 3 parts hot water with 1 part sugar and fill the feeder with this mixture. The hot water is to dissolve the sugar. I get a lot of hummingbirds with this mixture!

White House on the Hill - that’s awesome!! Sadly I only get one type of hummingbird where I live - and that’s the Anna’s Hummingbird. In the intro of your latest video, I saw that you also get the Anna’s Hummingbird where you live. I love their magenta color. Sorry I mistook the homemade hummingbird mixture for store bought nectar - the store bought nectar usually has the red coloring.

Heyo, the way I have tamed my chickens and ducks are spend alot of time around them, always be near them when they are eating, always be calm, and most of all, hand feed them, hand feeding is the best way to gain their trust, trust me dude, it nearly always works, especially when they are in a small area

Thank you for your duckling video!!! I never thought of putting rocks in to give a spot. My ducklings under my watch do go free range in my yard. I put the rock spot in and I grabbed my camera!! Precious. I love ducks. They imprint. They will follow you everywhere. Different then other poultry. Mine come to me when I Garden and follow me everywhere.

It was so nice to see the family playing outside without the heavy winter gear. The mandarin ducks are really beautiful, I enjoyed watching them and took note to how quickly the water rolls off their backs. I’ve never hung around many ducks, but when I was younger and would get upset, my Father would tell me to let it roll off like water on a ducks back. I’m going to share this episode with my Grand children tomorrow, of course they’ll want to come visit so there will be a “map” lesson afterwards showing the distance between Florida and your Farm.
