I don't care what the original cast think of this movie, it is AWESOME! Great comedy, acting, amazing soundtrack and amazing car action, which was really what the original show was all about. Don't get me wrong I like the show, but I like this movie too. Definitely way better than any of the "films" John Schneider made following this movie. Especially his disgraceful rip-off, remake films of "Smokey and the Bandit" called Stand On It, Poker Run, and the upcoming Double or Nothing. He wants to talk trash about this movie and claims his films are great? NO! This is how you pay tribute to the original show, as well as Smokey and the Bandit.

The 2024 remake has the young Duke Boys raiding Daisy's closet for dresses nylons and makeup . They trade the Charger in for a Dodge Hornet .....then drive to the store for the last six pack of bud lite . JK Love this movie !
