Hilma is a member of the 8 Fingers, the Underworld cartel in the Kingdom, she is the one whose leg Mare smashed in Season 2. Her and the other 8 Fingers were taken to the roach room and eaten from the inside out over and over again while being healed. It scarred her which is why she looks unhealthy since she can't eat solid food anymore due to the trauma. She will do anything to avoid displeasing Nazarick. Albedo at the end was attending a meeting to give orders to the 8 Fingers as they were all released to resume their organization but reporting to Nazarick.

I have noticed a lot of reaction channels have put no effort into recalling things that where mentioned often. Mattables for example. Also, people really hate taking notes (I am not saying one should not take notes), even if it will help them in the long run. It gets extremely noticeable with people who have a borderline goldfish level memory (Mattables, Don Townsend, these guys, Mighty Gazelle [to be fair to mighty gazelle, jojo's is incredibly complex]). Blind Wave is a good channel for people who know their stuff and take notes when they do not.
