I love your content and how you reuse what others even overlook in their dives. Like those mailers WOW what a windfall! and the make up that stuff was expensive when I used it it now is astronomical. How could they throw that out? I know bottom line etc. but each Metro area has women's shelters and mens as well that can use those products shampoo etc. SMH thank you for making us aware of the sheer waste!

Our bbbeyond has a compactor and an overflow dumpster so scores are minimal but last year (or maybe year before that) i got some cases of their thick plastic shopping bags. They are wedding themed. 😆

If you use paint thinner for that paint it will remove it but after use alcohol to clean it the rest.

I have just discovered your channel and have subscribed on here and fb. I've been watching some of your older videos and cannot believe what you find! I get so annoyed when the shops try to destroy the items with spray paint etc. They are throwing it out! Why not let someone who takes the effort to find this stuff have it or donate?!?! I think it's criminal when they do that. You and others like you are giving this stuff a home and saving it from landfill! Good on you and good luck in your future diving! 😃👍

I’ve been diving for about 6 months and the way employees treat me if I am spotted would make one think that the items (that THEY threw out) belong to them! 😤 I literally pulled thousands of dollars of Christmas decor out of a Michaels dumpster today and an employee stormed out to demand I leave immediately. The dumpster was completely full when I arrived and I had only removed about half by the time I was unceremoniously booted. I have been so down since then thinking of how much is going to end up in our landfill that absolutely didn’t need to! I’m still shocked at the amount of very needed items that are discarded daily by big box stores. I would guess those locks that you have been dealing with will soon be a memory because most associates don’t want to be bothered by extra steps at the end of the day! My Petco put a lock on their dumpster and it was gone after two days! Keep fighting the good fight! 👍🏼
