Thank you for the video and information...it certainly filled the information void! I'm interested in seeing the unit free standing. I guess you can use the poles provided to do this I have a station wagon and this video shows that it would be suitable. I'm interested in alternative ways to attach to wagon for windy situations..not sure that even strong suction cups will work then....any ideas? Many Thanks Kristie

You can put it up on the side of your car.. I got my suction caps from ikea and they are very very strong 💪

Great video! This shelter is just what I need for the back of my van. Say you wanted to take your car and do a little sight seeing, could you detach the shelter, leave at the campsite and reattach we you got back, or would it just collapse without the car under it? Would love to hear your opinion 😊

My 4x4 suv has a huge door, over 2m when opened, I can walk under it @ 1.8m height. Max height, dimensions ? 🧐 no insect screening, 🤔 apart from these questions I have, reckon a trip to actually check-out further b4 purchase is on the schedule. Thanks to your review demo 😉

Yes one person ✅ in the wind yeah you can do it , not much to it .. yes should fit over your large hatch, and you can also place it sideway along the car if you want .. yes you can walk under it ✅ No insect screen .. 🙏🏻🙋♀️

Wish it had mosquito nets included and a bit more of a tube system clip to the car that would cover the boot sides and top to really block out insects, it's nearly there but not perfect

Yes I do .. insect are a location and time of the year thing. I have a curtain from the op shop for summer, placed and clipped along the back door hanging from the hatch 👏🏼 A sheer net curtain. Hope that’s helpful?

This design seems typical cheap anaconda, how did you seat your black steel poles into those clasps (portico fittings?). Mine don't seem to fit in and the other end has the stake on it which definitely doesn't work, cheers

After battling with the shade for a hour a found your video. You made it look so easy to put up. I’m heading outside to try again 🥹 PS Just went outside and tried setting the tent up again but it’s not working because it’s not wide enough so I’m going to return it which is a shame : ( PSS Third time went outside and tried setting up the shade and VICTORY!!!! I had to modify the suction cup’s position but I won…finally 😂🤣
