I bought into the hype around this early and it was good reason, its become my daily driver. I'm a basshead but not exclusively and this fills that niche very well for me. They are also super comfortable (Divinius tips) and its a great cable. Overall best purchase I've made in a while!

9:48 as a newbie, i had no idea cymbal strikes happened between 450 to 550 hz. I thought cymbals would occur in the upper frequency section, because it sounds high pitched

The low end body of a cymbal will have some resonance around 500hz yes but most of what we hear in a mix is above 1khz. It depends on the cymbal too... But saying most of the tone of cymbals is around 500hz is just non sense.

As a newbie, i don't think i know how to differentiate the low end body of cymbal strikes. Cymbals just sound metallic and clangy and shimmery to me. I'm wondering what instruments and sounds qualify as treble/upper frequency, because I can't think of anything more high pitched than cymbals... maybe police sirens

@@radiofreealbemuth that's because we dont hear the 400-500hz that cymbal produces when you put a mic on it because they always cut it with lowcut filters when mixing songs, or sometimes they leave a bit of it but it's masked by other instruments. Put a mic close to a cymbal you will hear some low freq but yes it's mostly high frequencies.

I cheer u and support you as well. I have that same attachment to animals and humans alike. Un-ironically, I feel the exact same way about humans that u feel about animals. When they’re in shelters, it’s because WE have failed. We didn’t create policy to even the playing field, we didn’t create policy to address and provide mental health and substance abuse, we didn’t regulate capitalism in a way that kept all working Americans making a living wage instead of funneling all the wealth to the top so the bulk of it could be concentrated in the hands of the few. The same goes for animals. The remedies/failure specifics are just different. Love the way u put it but love the fact that you’re not just talking about it but actually putting your money to it too. Thank you!!❤
