I'm a rugby guy and Dylan is from my neck of the woods, I'm also an entrepreneur and all of my wins have come from 'asking'... Within the first 37 minutes of this brilliant interview I found out how this super high achieving young man hunted an opportunity through an advertisement in a school mag and hit up the coach at Northampton for a chance with them, these are qualities that winners have, the ambition, the drive, the winners mindset. I am exactly the same. Thank you very much for an absolute gem of an interview.

I agree, the golden thread to so many of the people I have interviewed is that they have recognised in the moment, or have developed a habit of asking immediately for what they are thinking. Action, action acton!

Another candid honest free flowing interview, Garry's easy going style helps to discover and identify the key elements of high performing individuals. It's clear Dylan surrounded himself in an environment which gave him the best opportunity to focus on reaching his rugby career goals from an early age. However timing, humility, personal discipline, self motivation, work ethic and good luck all played a part. It's just a pity he didn't decide to play for Wales instead 😀
